I know that I have been *****ing for the past four weeks about this BBing style of training. But today's training showed me that this is working. Approximately 8 -9 weeks ago I injured my right shoulder, this injury prevented me from pressing anything remotely heavy. Today I was able to press 345lbs for reps without a lot of pain.

contrary to popular belief max we are actually pretty freaking strong and able to move some pretty high numbers man. and we are pretty also haha. i told you when you kicked off this style of training your numbers would go up. just give it a little bit and i bet you will be very surprised at how much the go up when you start hitting singles and triples again
It was nice to move a decent amount of weight after 2 months with this shoulder injury. Kept it moderate and ego free....lets hope the progress continues.
