    Feel great! super strong yesterday and everything is good today that last Chiro adjustment and ice did the trick. No rest for the wicked Rake says there is a cardio session in my future. That means tomorrow, but I get to go to a Bar-B-Q after.

          1 Cupcake on my thread is mild compared to what I did to guns last year. I pranked him at least 3 times on his second no carb days and I went around town to every Cake, Cookie, Pastry and Ice Cream shop and posted pics on my Vegas Tour. Didn't even realize how cruel that was at the time.

            I love Mondays or maybe just Chest days, not sure. Always think I look my best on chest days plus I got to go to the golf course and work today. I had a great day and the weather is perfect.

              Great minds thing alike Trixie! I'm always super motivated on mondays and then for some odd reason never motivated on tues.... haha leg day. Always do better on legs when I'm working with guns.

                Our leg days are brutal my friend. If we were like everyone else in the gym we would love every day, never hurt and never make progress. "NO" we are exceptional beings who need to see the progress we are making. Small group of the best that humanity has to offer.

                          Scored today on boneless skinless chicken breasts at Sam's Club for 99 cents a pound. I bought 30 lbs. and cooked 8. The cashier told me if I go to the butcher and buy a BOX I will get them for 89 cents a pound. Definitely going to try that. All you real eaters should go check this out. OK traded the low back problem for something under my left shoulder blade that is a constant dull pain all the time. I'd rather not be able to move than have a constant dull pain I can't get rid of. Sorry my thread is such a downer lately. I am finally making small progress this week so I have a challenge for myself coming up soon.

                            I'm on a low carb day and mostly spent my time cleaning pool filters and weeding the yard. I had a shake and 2 eggs, 40gr protein hamburger and maybe another shake when Rake gets home from work.

                            I took Saturday and Monday off completely and did cardio on Sunday. Just want my back in shape before I kill it.

                                2 a day and I did NOT, go see Pete for Zumba. Rake always accuses me of getting all 'Dolled Up' to see Pete. This is a funny joke and one of these days I will post a picture so you see how hilarious this is. I have been very impaired in the gym lately so just trying to get something done and get rid of fat. I did have my first POOL experience this past Sunday and sadly Rake and I look better than all of our son's friends. LOL

                                My diet life consists of shakes, eggs and grilled chicken and NO I refuse to give the breakdown cause Rake has me eating early and fasting on Sundays.
