      Great day! total workout and no interruptions. The Hack has a different angle that kills the quads, LOVE IT!

      Leg extensions 40x60x3(warmup)

      Spider walks 1 min 2x
      Rowing machine, 1000m
      Rake made me work calves, I don’t know why they are fine by me. To hold the machine maybe??

        I really did get 3 workouts in this week just too busy to get Wednesday up til now. I'm really trying to make the most of the 3 days.

            Hey Yall Love to all! My buddy MA sent me some pre work outs so I have been trying to assess their worth. Amino Linx has proven to be a steady increase in alertness with no discernible fall off or crash but the after taste is terrible. The Pump Juice Extreme By Muscle Research on the other hand has a bunch of tingles that last well beyond a 2 hour work out and tastes great! I will buy this again. I am a speed junkie keep this in mind.

                      You sent me the Cherry Berry Explosion flavor and it's great! I keep getting comments on the mr supps shirt they sent me too with the saying "It's simple if it Jiggles it's Fat" Hopefully they are going to the website and making orders. Great to hear from you hope Nikki is all better and everything is going well for you.

                        I tore it up today! I really am stronger but I just want to be "Barbie". Rake just bought me a bunch of new clothes and I am looking pretty good compared to anyone. Guns is right 'of course' when he tells me I will be happy with the results of my bulk run. I still weigh a lot but my rings are slipping circles around my finger. I don't really understand this theory but it obviously works. I'm all in on the guns program.

                        Single arm tricep 10x12x3 with the short red band doubled. HA broke the band on the last set so moved to 40 lbs for the last 4 reps on the rt side
                        HS Single leg extension 45x12x3 each leg
                        Overhead Tricep rope pull 80x16, 90x12, 100x8
                        HS Ab Crunch 20x25x3
                        Rowing machine, 1500m

                        No Carb , Cal 1200 10/20

                                Back at my regular gym and the JERK is as sweet as PIE now that I *****ed him out. He's all for working in now. Rake laughed at him a little. LOL, and he is not bullying my peeps anymore. I am the ruler! "Super*****" is my title. I made the most of today and was totally spent, had to take a nap.
