Re: Trixie's 8th round KO challenge

Thats some good lookin cuisine. I dont think I could make something like that if I had to LOL
Looks like youre doing good, Trixie. Keep your protein high, every couple hours or so.
    Syntha 6 is great!
Eating protein stimulates your metabolism, more than eating fat or carbs. Thats in Guytons physiology textbook

Thank you so much for following, Dzone hearing from you really motivates me. I never thought my meals could look so good either. I am really trying to keep the protien up with very low carb intake. I have lost 10 lbs and have gained muscle so something is working. Again, thanks to all for the encouragement.

Re: Trixie's 8th round KO challenge

            Thank you maxseg!

I am so happy, both of my sons (22 & 19) went to the gym every day this week and took their girlfriends with them YAY!

I am getting some diet advise and really appreciate it. I plan to increase my morning meal a little and add a BSN Syntha-6 shake every night for the next week and see how it goes. My workouts have been very consistent, some better than others of course but I am definitely doing that Zumba cardio party class that I did last Sunday, I was sore for 2 days and Rake kinda gets turned on when I look crippled. Easy prey I guess. LOL

My son's girl made this totally delicious Vegetarian Chili for us tonight. Shhh I think my son had her put in some ground turkey. It was great.
