Last night I didnt have to have the turkey and cheese snack I was planning I ate
10oz of beautiful fresh raw Tuna with wasabi and soy sauce, I didnt lose on the scale because of the salt but I know this was by far the best day I've had for my diet schedule. Happy, Happy, Happy!
Fridays and Tuesdays are Triceps and Top of legs, I do abs every day. I even squeezed in 2 Zumba classes last week, Friday night and Sunday.
3 eggs to start my day
Flax,Glut, vitamins then off to work out
5 min warm up Stair master and back extentions 12repsx3
Hack squat no extra weight 21x3
Tilt, Tricep 50x21x3
Tilt, Leg Extention 50x21x3
Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
Single arm tricep 25x21x3
Plated Single Leg Extentions 25x21x1, 25x18x1,25x15x1
Rope cable 50x21x3
Hammer strength Ab Crunch 15x35x3
Leg Press 90x21x3
Wide grip cable tricep 50x21x3
Leg Extention 40x21x3
Ab crunches 150x4
This was by far the best workout of my week I hope I feel this great tomorrow.
Protien shake optimum w/vitamins
Salad, 2c romaine, 1c spinach (Popeye eats spinach), 2 tbs feta, 1tbs bacon, olive oil,red wine vinegar.
Not sure what I'm having for dinner but right now I;m sipping Vodka with lemon juice, it is Friday after all. Love to all.
Rake says I can't do too many crunches, I tell him don't worry I wont
