            Felt like shit the last couple of days but great workouts with guns regardless and learned quite a few things. My legs are already crippled from the leg workout today.

                Have you two actually been training together or just same routine?
                I've used a foam roller I couldn't imagine the rumbler roller wow ouch

                        Travel day yesterday for work. Felt like absolute ass. Feel like ass today but got the work done in the gym. Was supposed to hilt bis as well and was going to do more cardio but work duties called a bit earlier than expected. Fricking zero appetite.

                            Alright yesterday sucked. Still felt like shit and ended up puking up my morning breakfast and supps. With guns help think we got the dbol pinpointed as the culprit. Didn't even occur to me as it didn't treat me this way last time but this time felt almost as bad as when I was anadrol last year. Going to try a single evening dose of dbol and see if that agrees with me more. Think this dry weather doesn't agree with me either. Wake up every morning feeling like I didn't drink anything the day before. Feeling quite better now, appetite is still not what it needs to be but def improved.

                              Hope you feel better bro. Dry weather is fucking me up too!! Been waking up with my throat so dry it hurts to swallow, Nose was bleeding today, etc..
                              Need to start putting the humidifier by my bed.
                              My thermostat is reading 23% humidity right now.

                                Yeh brother for work I traveled to a very humid place were I live to Arizona which is dry as can be.
