            Pretty quick basic workout today. Had to get on the road with the kids for Christmas vacation. Will be getting in a ghetto shoulder tri and leg workout this week as well but won't be logging anything til 29 Dec when Ill be starting my next blast... Merry Christmas everyone!

                  Thanks brother but I do gotta own up to using wrist straps. My grip has gotten so bad that I really almost need them at 225 and higher.

                      Was supposed to travel back from vacation yesterday but my vehicle situation delayed me a day. Got home late today and kept it short and simple in the gym but I sure as hell was going to get something in on my first day of cycle. No matter had to adjust my schedule anyway because supposedly some expert is showing me how its done in the gym later in the week lol.
