    Wow... Lately I'm realizing more and more that after 20 + years of lifting there is much I have to learn and I've become to set in my ways. I never would have thought to simply do close grip inclines rather than flat. And I was getting very discouraged as heavy close grips are my favorite tri exercise and even light weights were becoming more and more painful. That's why I love this board. Thanks once again guns for the awesome advice.

    Oh FYI bro... drol... Yeh I'm not a fan. I'm gonna continue to power through it but damn... Heartburn, lethargy, can't sleep, and I almost vomited trying to choke down my lunch today...haha.

      Resting today. Cycle update: Anadrol seems to be kicking in nicely (although I'm finding I'm not a fan of it like I am dbol... But the sides are manageable so I'm pressing on). I'm up 2 pounds on the scale already and my wife said I was looking jacked yesterday . Proviron seems to be causing me some joint/ tendon pain. I briefly upped the dosage to 100 Mgs/ day and I found that about 4-6 hours after a 50 mg dose my tendons and joints were burning and extremely uncomfortable. I dropped the dose back down to 50 mg/ day and going to see how tolerable it is and hopefully the NPP will help once it kicks in. I guess DHTs just may not agree with me.

        hey man, it's not the proviron that is causing the joint issues. if i had to bet on it i would lean more toward gh. it takes a few months for the gh not to aggervate that crap out of your joints. once the npp kicks in you will be good as new. take the drol at night man. it should help a bit also

          Yup lowering my Drol dose to 50 Mgs once a day right before bed. My second dose floored me today. Definitely working though

            yes I like d-bol better than the abombs soon you'll see ever thing about d-bol will better better that the abombs.

              Drol sides woke me up from sleep last night. This ones going down as a compound I will never take again. Powerful stuff but at about day 5 I just couldn't handle the sides anymore. I'm switching over to dbol. I already feel a lot better this morning after not taking morning Drol. Cycle now looks like this:

              Test E/ P: 700 Mgs/ wk
              NPP: 525 Mgs/ wk
              Dbol: 45 Mgs/ day
              Proviron: 50 Mgs/ day
              Hgh: 4 iu's Mon- Fri

              Still not taking any aromasin.

                Clean and strict press: 135 x 18, 155 x 12, 165 x 9

                Seated dumbbell press: 50's x 17, 15, 15, 13, 12

                Dumbbell side lateral: 15's x 30, 15's x 25, 25's x 15, 25's x 14, 25's x 14 drop set to 15's x 12

                Bent dumbbell lateral: 25's x 20, 20, 18, 16, 15

                Front dumbbell raise: 25's x 15, 13, 12, 12

                Barbell shrugs: 165 x 12, 12, 12 <-- my forearms were numb by the time I got to these and my low back felt kind of like an about to explode bratwurst so I went light. Like my excuses? I'll have one for you everyday lol

                  personally drol is a 2-3wks max for me. i can squeak out 3-5wks with inj drol. if you want the most bang for the buck and sides that are almost entirely eliminated go with inj drol bol combo. i do an overlap with tabs on sat and sunday myself and it works magic

                      Sick and probably b/p. Felt like death yesterday and last night. Didn't take my b/p but my face was very hot and flush and throbbing. I was gonna try what guns said and only take it at night but it was waking me up in the night and feeling very sick. I figure why put myself through that. My quest for hugeness isn't so important that I want to not enjoy my cycle. Dbol agreed with me way back when so I'm giving that a shot.

                            Didn't feel to bad this morning so I trained. Leg day and the good news was no knee pain at all.... Felt like I was gonna be able to pyramid to a relatively high weight today on squats then BAM! Dbol low back pump came on like a son of a *****. Still got some relatively good work in today.

                            Leg ext.- 25 x 60 (thanks guns)

                            Squats- 135 x 25, 155 x 20, 185 x 15, 205 x 15, 225 x 12

                            Leg ext- 50 x 30, 70 x 25, 90 x 17, 90 x 15, 100 x 14

                            Leg curls- 50 x 20, 70 x 15, 70 x 15, 80 x 12, 90 x 10

                            Front squat- 135 x 12, 12, 12

                            Walking lunges- 2 x 20

                            Incline sit up- 2 x 50

                            No calves today, will hit them on chest day.

                              Dbol is messing with my stomach and energy levels slightly during the day and keeping me up at night. Think I may drop down to 30 Mgs a day and take half in the morning and half early afternoon. I know 30 Mgs isn't the optimal dosage but I figure sleep and general sense of feeling well throughout the day is a bit more important.

                              Starting to swell nicely. Felt a little crappy in the gym his morning as I didn't sleep well but still had a nice boost in strength. Flat benches felt pretty good so I went with a moderate weight and came real close to failure on the last set; NPP is kicking in I do believe.

                              Incline barbell press: 275 x 5, 255 x 9, 235 x 11, 225 x 11, 135 x 25

                              Flat bench: 225 x 8, 8, 8, 135 x 25

                              Flat dumbbell fly: 50's x 15, 13, 12, 10

                              That's all I did today. Overdue for some rest so I'm taking the weekend off.

                                One week down and the scale is reading 212.... That's 8 pounds up in one week. My scale can be a little quirky sometimes and I have bee a little constipated from my increased protein intake and indigestion so it's probably not entirely accurate. But it's moving in the right direction anyway.
