Wow... Lately I'm realizing more and more that after 20 + years of lifting there is much I have to learn and I've become to set in my ways. I never would have thought to simply do close grip inclines rather than flat. And I was getting very discouraged as heavy close grips are my favorite tri exercise and even light weights were becoming more and more painful. That's why I love this board. Thanks once again guns for the awesome advice.
Oh FYI bro... drol... Yeh I'm not a fan. I'm gonna continue to power through it but damn... Heartburn, lethargy, can't sleep, and I almost vomited trying to choke down my lunch today...haha.

. Proviron seems to be causing me some joint/ tendon pain. I briefly upped the dosage to 100 Mgs/ day and I found that about 4-6 hours after a 50 mg dose my tendons and joints were burning and extremely uncomfortable. I dropped the dose back down to 50 mg/ day and going to see how tolerable it is and hopefully the NPP will help once it kicks in. I guess DHTs just may not agree with me.
