Re: Gusto's Journal
Travel day today back from Arizona. Wasn't supposed to be a cheat day but my appetite came back pretty decently later in the day so I got some pizza at the airport. Legs tomorrow. Honestly not entirely sure if it is/ was a virus, allergies, or the dbol that was making me feel ill, lethargic, and anorexic but I feel pretty decent now with the exception of a slight cough and lethargy so hoping the remnants of whatever are gone this weekend.
Meal 1: 100 gm whet, 2 tbs coconut oil
Meal 2: bacon and egg sandwich
Meal 3: 2 slices meat lovers pizza
Meal 4: 16 oz prime rib, baked potato, salad, 1 dinner roll
Meal 5: 16 oz burger with ketchup and mustard, 2 tbs coconut oil
Meal 6: 100 gm whey, 2 tbs coconut oil

Re: Gusto's Journal
Alright yesterday sucked. Still felt like shit and ended up puking up my morning breakfast and supps. With guns help think we got the dbol pinpointed as the culprit. Didn't even occur to me as it didn't treat me this way last time but this time felt almost as bad as when I was anadrol last year. Going to try a single evening dose of dbol and see if that agrees with me more. Think this dry weather doesn't agree with me either. Wake up every morning feeling like I didn't drink anything the day before. Feeling quite better now, appetite is still not what it needs to be but def improved.
