It feel awesome to have so much support here. Here are this morning's picks. Weighed in at 212 Feel like I'm really really flat. Grabbed this pair of board shorts yesterday as a back up, just in case the alteration on my other pair goes crazy. Tired of cropping photos, not really sure why I keep cutting my head off anyway. Here they are:

Question, what are your plans post show? Continue in the fitness part or maybe try bodybuilding?
I think I'm gonna stay with physique. I feel like I can help more people at this level. Someday in the near future they will get the legs into these competitions. Kinda like England's muscle model comps. Anyways, I think it's gonna be the best for me. I really don't wanna keep stealing time from my family, and I feel bb would be a major time investment. Just so many things to consider these days besides just my wants. Ive tried so hard to be wise about my time through training, but it's more than even that. All my thoughts and conversations drift to this show and I've started here lately to forget I've for more important responsibilities. Gotta achieve balance, and honestly I've got the best shot at that in physique. I'll still train like a beast though. Not going back to fat!!

Well see what happens. One day at a time bro. All rides have bumps, just buckle up and hit em harder.

Thanks so much everyone. Tho has been one cool ride. Tough, but cool. My wife actually just called to check on me and she told me how proud she was of me. I know it's been tough on her. But she said now that I've done it once, if I wanna compete again she would understand. I've just gotta stay lean so prep is 4-5 weeks not 22 LOL.

Re: 11 days to stage
Wow man! You will be just fine. This is very motivational as I am trying to do the same thing...minus the show. I was around 30-33%BF and I am working towards a goal of single digits. Seeing journals like this for sure helps my motivation. Keep it up man!"He woke up because I kept punching him in the face." --Thiago Alves
