This will be a short journal as I finish up for my first show. This has been a long process for me. I've always been into fitness and been an athlete, but with marriage and kids I lost a lot of discipline. Well, I decided to get it back. It started with a goal of just getting healthier and then turned into full on contest prep in March of this year. This is a pic of one years progress. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1339601307.828332.jpg
Now I'm 11 days from stage and excited as hell. I'll be competing in Men's Physique at the Adela Garcia Classic in Austin, TX on the 23rd. It's been an awesome ride. Anabolic5150 has been with me the whole time as my motivation and kick ass coach. I also hired Jake Baumgartner to coach my prep an I couldn't have done this without either of them.
I'm 38yo 6'2" at 216. This is the most shredded I've ever been. Here are some more recent shots.

I'll be doing daily updates and pics from here on out. Can't really give any diet and gear info as that would compromise the trust with my coach. Can tell ya he's worth every penny!!
