Thanks baby1!! I love inspiring others through my blood, sweat and tears.
I'm a firm believer that I you get off your cardio equipment and it's not soaked, you didn't work hard enough. This stairmill drains me. If I didn't wipe it down afterwards, the next person would just slip off. LOL ImageUploadedByTapatalk1339762581.970906.jpg
Thanks bro. Yes it feels awesome. Worn out but awesome.
It's all worth it when you take home that first place trophy bro!!! hope that advice I gave you helped... I just realized that you already had a coach/trainer...wasn't trying to step on any toes... run that pm by him... as he should be aware of it too... he may want to try something different than what i suggested...
best of luck to you bro! you are looking great! just a few more days to go!
I've not competed in fitness, so I don't know the answer to this... but can you get them any shorter... even 3" shorter? you have great quads, the shorts are hiding them... as for the color, they are fine... the protan(or whichever product you choose to use) will be accentuated by the 'bright' shorts....

Im gonna take them to an alteration place today. I think it would be a leg up for me. No pun intended.

for sure bro!!! check the rules and regs, just to make sure... so you aren't having to buy new ones sat at the show.... If I remember correctly, I have seen shorts a fair bit above the knee at numerous shows...
as far as your legs go, I would, if the regulations allow, have them shortened to an inch or two(better) above where the lateralis ties in distally(when flexed.. it shortens a little upon flexion), that will allow a good portion of your medialis to be visible, as well as distal tie-in of your lateralis, along with a little view of the intermedius, and lower sartorius(at certain angle)... if you have them taken up to just an inch or two above that distal lateralis tie in, they will still look like board shorts(not look like you are trying to get away with wearing short shorts...lol), yet you will be able to show off not only the separation of all 4 muscles, but you will be able to see striations in medialis and lateralis also(you have great looking legs, so you would be a 'leg up' by letting them be visible, without looking like a douche wearing short shorts on stage.....)pun intended..lol
Take care of the foot, and keep your eye on the prize. You'll do great, you've worked your ass off.
Absolutely. It really only hurts when I'm totally barefoot on a hard surface. I'm scared it's gonna hurt on stage. Looking for something I can pad it with.
I literally did work my ass off. I started with not much ass and ended with even less. I may have to stitch in some falsies in my shorts. LOL
Show day your adrenaline will be so high you won't need padding. Can't be there in person but I'll be there in spirit!!
I'll carry all of you with me. It's so awesome to have so many people want to see me succeed. And people who know what it takes to get to the stage, that's overwhelming at times.
I'm usually the guy that sits back and starts sizing everybody else up, which isn't good cause I'll start seeing things that either I don't have or someone with what I perceive as a better physique in some way.
I've gotta go in with blinders and get my confidence up. That's where I'll fall back on you and all the others along the way encouraging me and pushing me to be my best. You're all part of the team. Team RockShawn, has a pretty nice ring to it.
