Show day you keep your head down, volume up and kick ass. Nothing you do that day will matter more then the weeks you put into prep. We all have your back, we are TEAM ROCKSHAWN!!!!
Accidentally sent that first post to quick. I missed my workout last night, but had a great date with my wife. Just a little time alone without kids for a little while felt great. No cardio this morning either the rest the foot just a little bit I have a business meeting to attend early.
I can't believe it is so close Bro, its been a fun ride to watch. Regardless of the outcome, enjoy the show. I am very proud of you for all the adversity you've dealt with. Much respect to you my Brother!!
I got to tell ya, a few days ago I was $hitting bricks. Afraid i hadn't done enough, that i had cheated too much literally racking myself with guilt. I've been in a pissy mood and I was just ready to be done. We made a couple if changes starting yesterday that already has made a huge difference. Mainly, replacing protein shakes with whole food. Thanks again overburdened for pointing that out. The shakes were keeping me very bloated in the lower abdomen and I was the most afraid of what that area was gonna look like at the show.
As of today, I'm brimming with confidence. My whole demeanor has changed. My workout was fun today. My posing routine was relaxed and confident, like I had done it a million times. I've got a constant Popsicle grin on my face. I'm ready!! I've got this!! I know you guys have been saying that to encourage me all along, but now I feel it and see it.
Thanks Anabolic, this has truly been the best ride of my life fitness wise. 8 days. BRING IT ON!!
Glad to hear bro!!! you were sitting right on that line... now you've not only crossed that line, you jumped the hell over it!!! I'm glad that helped a little... after about 4-5 days most of that should be gone.... Its one of those things that most people never realize is happening till they get their bodyfat REALLY low... it just isn't really visible til then... hope that other suggestion has panned out too...
Glad to hear you are feeling much more confident! post up some pics for us when you get a chance..

hell yeah bro!!! Definitely see the difference! keep up the hard work! You should do VERY WELL!!!
Rockshawn, your transformation and goal to get on stage is nothing shy of bad ass! as for the boardshorts, i'm in agreement with everyone else.... they are gonna look even better when your tanned up. if you have the means, get a neon orange and neon green pair and take pics. then see which one really gives you that "effen a man, these are the ones for sure" feeling.
thanks for sharing your ride with fg and good luck on show date. for what it's worth ( and im sure your coaches have told you this) my advice would be to present a "larger than life" attitude and persona when you are on stage! You are gonna rock bro!!
