it should be. it's not toxic and you got all the bases covered. i personally would have opted for npp over deca but that's just my personal pref in case any sides or issues come up. that shit takes forever to clear out

This has been a amazing run besides my knee giving me random days I am unable to do some squats .
I have gotten my left rear delt back to normal andy left bicep and right are almost equal strength.

I have almost accomplished the two things I wanted out of this cycle and the third was to get some shreds.

you can keep bpc in year round man to help with those issues and keep them in check. i train in the am or mid day so i just take mine before bed so it doesnt mess with the inflammation that i want from training
