brother i will tell you from personal experience nialor is nothing nowhere close to regular niacin. i used niacin to try to bounce back my lipids for almost 6 months with very little effect. 2 bottles and everything went back to perfect and still is. that is even with tren anti e and all the other goodies that destroy them. dont do dick for your hdl though it can stay tanked, i use krill oil for that. the only company that makes no shit nialor is arizona pharmacuticals. 2 bottles is like 60bucks. if you do labs before and after they give you a nice discount for your next order plus if it doesnt dramatically drop the numbers they will give you a refund and then some. they also have a new insulin sensitivity product i am going to have to check out. shit if it works as good as the nialor it will be money

no brother you need to keep it in all the time. letting your hdl tank and your ldl shoot through the roof is what makes the arteries clog up and become stiff. it is something that you want in all the time if you are going to play the game. it will pay off in the long run for sure. plus it makes you vascular as all hell and helps with pumps
