Friend just offered me some deer sausage. So i grabbed a few pieces. Not the best i have had. A little tough. Some food for the night. Added about 50gr of protein to the greek yogurt.
Ok just finished up. Feel like im gonna puke. Dam , been a long time since i felt like this. I moved through this workout at pretty fast pace. 30-45 seconds between sets. Involuntary shakes...suck..
Hit delts...lateral raises.. front,sides,rear
3 sets each 12-10 reps
Jumped into some super sets.
Shoulders/biceps/triceps
After 3 sets completed .
Superset Changed to bicep/tricep/ added forearms

I just remembered. I new i was gonna run outta protein today so i stashed a muscle milk in the freezer at work when i got here.. Oopsy.. Forgot about that. Its frozen solid now. But i am chowing down on this pack of tuna..

Ok been back from vacation. my 7yr old is Still healing up. Hopefully things continue to improve and his ear heals up and he regains some hearing back. Stress has been mental For sometime.
So for now on, I am going to focus extra attention on myself and get back to the basics and what i use to do best! Grind.. Nothing fancy, just hard work with 100%dedication.
It has honestly been along time since really pushing myself. Ive allowed a few people to dictate certain aspects of my life. I honestly havent been happy for some time. It's affected my life and my attitude in more ways than I would like to admit.
It's time to self improve and make some serious changes to myself and my Life !
