If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I haven't been on here much lately. I have been getting ready for surgery. It is scheduled for may 1.
2 parts first go into the front and put a cage (not sure what it means) on my spine. Second part is the fusion.
L4, L5 and S1. Surgeon said I will loose some mobility but not much.
I am still around but post so seldom. I am still doing PT 3 days a week for 1 1/2 hours each time. I am relearning everything. really everything.
My healing is going great and am pain free and thank the lord for this. My back has not fully fused so I can't weight train yet.
I am on a strict diet so I have lost fat and a little muscle. this is ok the muscle will come quickly.

Hope you recover fully soon. That's a bummer you had to get a fusion, but at least you won't have to worry about the disc slipping again in that area. Nice to hear the surgery went well.
