60mph slam in my lower inner shin

YIKES! So our daughter wants to go do some T work, and fielding practice, yesterday and I was the lucky one to go along,lol. OOPs as the ball slams into me...and I am small boned. thankfully not broken but I am swelled and bruise is appearing. It was my own fault though! She did this last year when Fuzo was warming her up at a game and his was terrible,lol. I laughed and now karma bit me in the ass WAH! There wer a couple boys from school there shagging the balls so I had to act like it didn't hurt, as I slowly walked away to the car got in, and yelled many choice words. Told them to fill in for me and bought them all lunch,lol

if you have flossing bands, you can speed up the healing time. it will get rid of the bruising and tenderness way way faster also

Oooouch you're tougher than me baby1. Shins are the worst pain to me. I hate it when I hit mine on the corners of the metal racks in the gym.

the bruised bone is slowing making its ugly way to the surface,lol. After I got hit, I kept telling myself "Im ok, I'm ok" and guess what...it isn't really that bad. fuzos was much worse and I am a lot littler than him,lol

You know it really didnt get asbad as I thought it would. barely a brusie. I started to get a itchy rash in that area and applied some of my holy basil oil to it. Not sure if it helped but everything is almost cleared up. hurts a little when I walk but very little. thanks for checking on me guns
