Several years back, I was diagnoised with a bladder tumor. After having the equivalent of a coax cable shoved up my dick to remove the tumor, taking a piss post surgery was the most excruciating pain that I've ever suffered. It was like trying to piss battery acid laced with razor blades through my junk. Worst feeling in the world!

My knees they ach so bad sometimes I break down in tears arthritis and years of heavy squats and dead lifts I wear a brace on each knee most days.

I guess when my gall bladder busted. I was already on meds from the broke bones I had and it still hurt bad enough I thought I was haveing a heart attack or something. Then I threw up every 10 min for 3 days. Fun times lol

my entire freaking arm from the gsw. some nights when it wakes me up, i would like nothing more than to just cut it off at the shoulder bone and move on.

I had umbilical hernia surgery and the week following was not fun. I could hardly roll out of bed. There was no movement I could make that did not effect my midsection. I know its not as extreme as some but for me it was the worst so far.

so far in life. I want to hear a physical one. Keep it short and simple! I am curious. Mine would be this daily face pain. It is physical pain but triggers trauma memory. I am able to handle it though and looking forward to its end. I have had my share as I bet most of us have. thanks for sharing
