What type of training do you do and why is that what you go with?
I do Crossfit 3 weeks and then powerlifting one week. It's a great combination for me and keeps me on my toes training wise..
traditional body builders split with health focus. i opt for 12 week intense training cycles with a small break of 1-3 weeks between training cycles. rep ranges vary from 1-50 and even up to 100 for me. i also tend to hit body parts up to 2x per week every now and then depending on how well i am recovering.
I usually go for the normal , which is 1 body part Ed , unless it's something I want to bring up , like legs and chest . Then I'll usually hit them up 2x a week !!!
But I try not to stay on the " Normal " run every week . I like switching it up . It depends really on how I feel and what I want to train on a set day .
But when I hit the gym it's move it or lose it !!! Very little rest of and between sets and just str8 focus !!!
3 day split intense no brks unless I'm strength training then I slow it to 2-4 min between sets ( very hard for me to do lol ) so each body part gets hit directly once a wk. when training with intensity I usually do drop sets but when I'm strength training I generally go up in weight or pick a heavy weight I can do 3-4 sets & 3-8 reps of rly just depends on how I'm feeling.
I'm hitting a classic 4 day split. Back/Bis, Chest/Tris, Shoulders/traps, Legs... Take a day off then do it all over again. Calves, Abs, and cardio multiple times per week. There are times I tweak things and change it up a bit, but stick to this type of split for the most part. Simple and super effective for me.
I change it all the time, but now its typical bb wo with 1 bp ED. I run a lot of short sprints for fat burning. Stadium steps when I can get in to the football stadium
