I put this up every year. It has always helped me if you get a little of the sniffles.
Honey, fresh lemon juice, warm water are the main ingredients:
Use about 1 cup of honey, 4 table spoons of lemon juice and add in warm water until its the right consistency you want.
What you don't drink then put in the fridge and reheat it. It will remain good for quite a while.
Some other things you can add depending n what kind of sickness you have are:
Garlic: for congestion
Coconut oil: antibacterial/antiviral
Cinnamon: supposed to help with colds
If you can stand it crushed red pepper for congestion
