ok, so i have tried damn near all of them and they all have some sort of issue from texture to tearing up my guts. well, since i work with and follow the mountain dog he put these bad boys out. now this isnt a sales plug but i know we have a few people here that have jacked up guts like i do and i am sure you will find them good for a quick meal with no issues. anyway unlike other bars these are only good for 30 days and need to be in the fridge since they contain no preservatives. they are made when you order them and the company also has other products that i am sure are just as good but i have tired mtndogs only so that is the only ones i have actual experience with. they are also gluten free for you gluten freaks. here is the link:

they are a tad bit pricey but it is worth it if you are on the go or have issues with your pre workout meals

i trust john meadows when it comes to nutrition and training.....curious as to why they didn't make these under the prime nutrition label, maybe the more exposure would make it difficult if they are making them fresh

give the best bar ever a try skeletor. they are made from real whole food with no chems or preservatives put in them. the only downside is they have to be kept in the fridge before eating and are only good for 30 days. i suggest the chocolate pb or the apple pie they are both unreal

give them a try man, they blow every bar out of the water in taste and quality bar none.
