Raman noodles is a good cheap carb source, plus like 8g protein per pack, canned beans is good souce of protein and fiber! Just a couple ideas you could throw in there for cheap

          Re: my usual food intake

me personally i would rather see you toss all the shakes if you can. i work with a budget myself and i am able to get in a ton of food for really cheap as long as i hit up sam's club and walmart. more whole foods are going to stoke your metabolism much better than having shakes. i am not 100% against shakes but i would much rather see them as a tool when that's all you can get in.

an example for what i use:

          4lbs tilapia 12 bucks
5lbs lean ground turkey 12 bucks (sams)
fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts are less than 2 bucks a lb.
you can also get sweet potatoes red potatoes and oatmeal for really cheap at either place as well. also the huge bags of various rice at sam's are also very cheap and last forever.
fats i would go with natty pb almond butter or coconut oils

a meal breakdown i would like to see

          meal 1:
          4-6 whole eggs
          1/2 cup oats
          meal 2:
          4-6oz lean protein
1/2 cup oats or 6-8oz potato of some sort
          meal 3
          same
          meal 4
          4-6oz pro
1-2 table spoon nut oil of some sort
          meal 5
          same
          meal 6
          same.

their you have a nice simple break down with cheap protein and cheap carbs while not spending a ton of money of powders and keeping the metabolism firing

that's what i use dirt. i thaw them in a water bath for about 20 mins or so then coat them in carb free parmasian itiliam cheese. then they go into the oven at 350 for about 30-36 mins depending on how crispy i want them. i like them with a little crisp on mine

Yep, that's almost exactly how I prepare mine.

I buy a lot of the things I eat in bulk amounts at Costco and usually get the rest of my odds and ends at Walmart.
