  • looking to compete in physique

I have a fast metabolism as it is. Can eat whatever I want and see my abs. But have decided I would like to be as shredded as possible without losing my muscle.

Just changed to a very clean diet. Watching my salt and sugar intake. But not so educated on supplements.

Was wondering what are the best cutting supplements out there. When to take them and what to take them with. Such as proteins or anything else.

are you currently taking anything atm? i got some pretty good ideas of what you could add in but if you are already lean and getting in shape is pretty easy i would lean more towards keeping them out until you stall out in progress and then adding them in.

as for proteins. if you have to use one i would only use it maybe 1-2x per day and keep it simple with a whey iso that has 1g of sugar or less and no carbs. dymatize iso whey is a great tasty product and nature's best iso pure are both great selections

Welcome brother, natural show I am assuming? Guns is a great mentor to pick his brain, I can help too with it as I have prepped physique competitors for local shows and have placed well.

Awesome that you're aiming to compete brotha. Sounds like you've changed some things around with your diet which is great and I would always make sure your nutrition and diet are on point. I'm not sure if you're taking anything currently, but like guns said there are quite a few good options out there you can throw in if need be.

I personally love Dymatize ISO 100 protein shake. Great taste, around 25g of protein per serving, 1-2g of carbs and almost no sugar.
