So I work nights and don't have alot of time to cook.. I get bored of stuff easy and ya that goes for food too. So pls pls share some good simple meals you eat or know of.. that have minimal prep time.. im getting tired of pancakes and chocolate chips, french toast...

crock pot chicken man:
1 can of cream of mushroom (try the low fat/low sodium one)
1 can of cream of chicken (same)
3lbs chicken breast
1 chopped stalk of celery
cook it on high for 3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours
serve on rice or whatever you choose. this will last you a day or so and you dont have to mess with it at allTGBSupplements REP

Rotisserie Chicken, you can pick them up anywhere but Sam's Club has huge perfectly cooked ones.
Frozen pre-cooked shrimp, heat in boiling water for 5 minutes and go
Edamame frozen, pop the bag in the microwave
Pre-cooked Chicken Sausages, I got some that are infused with Mozzarella and Roasted Garlic
Omelets are fast and easy, sometimes I add frozen vegetables

guns that sounds good. i have another crock pot chicken for tacos
3-4 chicken breast
chili powder
a little cumin
garlic powder
onion powder
caldo de tomato
water about 3/4 up the chicken
start it on low and 8-12 hours later put chicken in tupper ware, shred it with forks. add a little "gravy" put on low carb tortilla with pico de gallo, lettuce and some hot sauce sometimes I add black beans
it's really good
