Re: Love those pits
They are great dogs. The temperment is almost completely dependent on how the dog is raised and treated as well as socialized. Had pits all my life and bread them for awhile (blue pits) now I have a Cane Corso, similar looking but a lot bigger and more intimidating.

Re: Love those pits
those are some really pretty and cool dogs. i know it is all about the raising training and temperment of a breed but i still couldnt own one. i would never have a pet that could kill me or be a liability due to it's breed. i still like them thoughTGBSupplements REP

Re: Love those pits
Ironically black labs are the #1 breed on the insurance risk list and there's one a few streets over that lives up to the rep. We were walking gracie this weekend and the lab was literally shaking the entire chain link fence trying to get out at us as he was growling and snarling. Last fall when gracie was about 3 months old the same dog was about to attack my dog. The owner was mowing his lawn and left the gate wide open and the dog out on the lawn. He had us cornered by a telephone pole and the guy wouldn't even get off his mower, just kept calling the dog to come back. Finally flipped open my knife and said if you don't come get your dog it's going to get hurt and he finally came and pulled him back to his yard and closed the gate.
