      YES!!! Started to gain weight steadily. I weighed in at 195 this morning. My goal is to put on another 10 lbs by the end of my cycle, I have another 5 weeks so we'll see if I can do it. Either way, I'm pleased so far.

      Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA for a few days. I actually came down with some sort of stomach flu or food poisoning because I couldn't keep anything down (or up for that matter!). It sucked balls cause I lost 6 lbs in less than two days. I'm not too happy, but it's life. I had to skip two workouts as well. We started fresh yesterday so we'll see if I can add that weight back on quickly.

      Thanks bro I'm trying. I don't think I completely shook the bug yet cause my weight is still droppin a little bit. I've been eating an extra 1000 calories a day to help, but it ain't doing much. God damn flu, at least its not SARS!

      Well, I'm still fighting off this flu or whatever I have. I literally feel like I have to puke after every meal. I'm never hungry, but I"m still forcing the food down. Workokuts have still been ok though. My strength hasn't gone down, but I'm always tired during my workouts probably because I'm so bloated and gassy.

      Hopefully, I'll feel better next week.

      Well I finally shook that damn flu bug. Feeling much better lately. I'm back up to a solid 195 lbs so that put a smile on my face. Works been stressing me out the past week, and it definitely showed in my lifts. I was getting tired by the end of my work out and just not motivated. Well yesterday, I had a great day at work, and BOY let me tell ya, my chest workout kicked ass. I was benching more than I ever have before, I hit 285 for a 3rd set of 6.

      So, take some advice from me, if you feel like shit before you workout, don't put yourself through it. It's just a waste of time if you aren't motivated. Take the day off, rest, and hit it hard the next day. You'll be very glad you did!

      I'm still holding solid at 195. I noticed this morning that I'm staying REALLY lean. I'm quite please with that. The only thing that sucks is by the end of the day, I'm SO bloated from all the food. Just one of those things you gotta deal with.

      I stepped my cardio down to only 20 minutes, instead of 30. I'm gonna slowly step it down so by the time I hit PCT, I won't be doing any cardio. I want to avoid a catabolic state at all costs, but I don't want to stop the cardio abruptly.

      I ate a shit load of donuts and chinese food these weekend, so my weight was up to 197! Oh well, one weekend ain't gonna kill me. I developed a NASTY bruise on my left delt the day after I injected there. I'm guessing a hit a blood vessel or something. It doesn't hurt, but it looks like I got jacked real hard.

      I stepped down the T3 dosage to 18mcg/day. I want to taper the T3 just to be on the safe side. I figure it will also be a good idea to get that out of my system before I go into PCT.

      My quad was a little sore yesterday from a shot over the weekend. I normally shoot right out of the shower, but I couldn't Saturday so I had to do it before. Either way, I should be able to shake it before my leg day tomorrow. I had another NASTY chest day yesterday, increased again up to 295 for a set of 6. My shoulder hurt a little bit, but it stretched out by the end of my workout.

      After a long weekend with the girlfriend and eating like shit, I was still holding on pretty well. My weight is consistent at 199 and again looking fairly lean. My strenght is still increasing, but not nearly as much as before. I stepped down my T3 again to 12.5 mcg every day.

      I've noticed I've been getting HORRIBLE night sweats for the last two weeks. So bad, that the sheets are soaking wet in the morning. Not sure what exactly is causing it, but I'm curious to find out.

      Well these night sweats are getting horrible. I'm not sure exactly what's causing them. The only thing I've changed recently is my T3 dose, which I started to lower. Could this be causing me to sweat? I'm thinking the sweats would come if i INCREASED it, not decreased it. Any thoughts guys?

      Well today I had some weird stuff occur. Directly after injecting into my glute, I got this itchy feeling all over my body for like a minute or two. Then are started coughing hard for a minute, and then it was done. I didn't really panic, but I was a little worried at why I had this reaction...any ideas?

      Just a little. I aspirated and such so I know I didn't inject into one, maybe I popped one on the way in.

      hey bro,glad top hear the cycle is going well...as for the night sweats i would have to say that is from the fina...i have heard many counts of this happening to bro's...the only way i have heard of them going away isby cutting the dosage back..maybe try going 75 mg's eod instead of ed....maybe that will help...just my 2 cc's
