TweetWell Friday I did my tricep workout, and my elbows got DESTROYED! I mean, after doing skull crushers, I could not move my arm without them throbbing with pain. I don't think it was overtraining, but more related to Thrusday's play day at work. I was throwing the ball around for a long time. Either way, I was also kinda stressed this weekend which didn't help at all either. Kinda felt a twinge in my trap when doing shrugs. I took two days off from the gym completely.
Today is Monday, trap feels fine, elbows are still a little sensitive to the touch. I'm up to 185.5 lbs. probably due to all the Christmas cookies I ate yesterday Another shot this morning, no problem.
