TweetHad kinda a shitty workout yesterday. I ate like crap over the weekend. I still ate a shitload but not the best nutrition. I've also been fighting some bug. I was squatting saturday and threw up after my 2nd set. Of course, I had to go back for the 3rd!
The irony of it is I was just looking through my new MD issue and I saw the advertisement that said "Squat till ya puke!"
