Oh by the way i have some elite fts elbow wraps and the material cuts into my skin where my arm bends. I might have to get different ones. -

next time you are in the gym, soak them down. then run them in between 2 bb and add weight to the bottom bb. i used about 225 for mine and let it hand there on a bench for about an hour or 2. this will stretch the material out just enough to help it fit and not bite into you. it def wont over stretch it, trust me, i got the 5xl ones and did it 3x and mine are still tight as hell lolOriginally posted by hicktown View PostTGBSupplements REP

Really, so get them wet and stretch them out with two barbells? I would think that itll stretch them out TOO much?
Ive had these sleeves for about six months now, theyre broken in just too dam tight and i used their size chart before ordering. Ill try that guns, thanks!Comment
