Morning FG! Long day on the road for me and unfortunately no gym today back at it hard tomorrow. Hope everyone else hitting the gym kicks it in the tail!
I like all types of music to get me up and ready to destroy the weights or gear somebody's head off at the gym.
But in specifics , If I hear certain tracks from any of the LOX , I wanna break someone's jaw with the dumbells , it gets me that freakin psyched out and ready to up the weight and train !!!
