There is an IFBB pro at the gym Fuzo goes to that does some of this to. She is pretty good too. I told fuzo I want to hire her to prep our girl for her meets when she gets to higher levels

that would be awesome to have. sad thing is that division is dying off almost as bad as women's bodybuilding. you may only see 1-2 girls in the big local shows and some dont even have them at all anymore. those ladies are something special when it comes to extreme athletics. they have to do all that crazy stuff on top of being in unreal condition then do the physique judging part as well. hardest of the hard core for sureOriginally posted by BABY1 View PostThere is an IFBB pro at the gym Fuzo goes to that does some of this to. That was awesome. I like that name Oksana.
Im so old that I can remember when it was mens bodybuilding and womens bodybuilding and womens fitness. That was it. If you were a girl and didnt want to do bodybuilding, you had to do a 2 minute fitness routine. Only good dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts could compete. Then along came womens fitness and everything started to change after that. Now the big thing is bikini, at least that what Ive heard. Then came mens physique and now it seems to be taking over the local shows.
I think the promoters need to make money, and having all these different classes is one way to sell more tickets and have more competitorsComment
