self control is a necessity when I am out eating. I overeat cz of my "more food more gains" mentality so i need time to recover if i overeat and I hate to waste food so i try to eat it all.Comment

once you eat great bbq it hard to measure up. i make my own now and find very few close to mine. the worst over all bbq ive had was in alabama.. tried like six spots all boil or baked and added sauce.. sorry thats not bbq. smoke and time make great bbq along with the right cuts of meat. i have found not all brisket is created equal.

Texas BBQ is the best IMO. On a side note, one of the best steaks I've every had is at this ranch called Cattleman's just outside El Paso, TX. Damn, damn, damn that's one good steak.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

Ahhh,...Texas ! The food, the ladies, and the hunting & fishing. The only thing I miss really.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
