When I go to Thailand and train at Muscle Factory they have no air at all. I will take a cold shower after I train, just to stop the sweating and cool down. Feels good after training in a 80 to 90+ degree gym.Comment

if it comes down to taking a cold shower or no shower at all, i will go dirty. i cant stand cold water. while i was in norway for about 6 months i think we showered maybe 3 or 4 times when we went back to the ship. no freaking way i can get under cold water. hell when i got hurt in football the trainers had to hold me down in the whirl pool full of ice and waterTGBSupplements REP

I'll take one every now and then in the summer if I'm out mowing or something in the sun all day sweating. Feels good then, but just on a normal everyday morning when I wake up.... No way lol.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
