OK, even though I think you are a cool bro, I do have to admit that I think you overused the "kid" thing!! On the other, I think it is a part of you and I don't feel you need to change for any of these asses that might have a problem with it!! I think if you just cut down the usage of it to the point where people didn't notice it so much, it would be cool!!!

We can have totally different views, get into a heated conversation, yet still keep things civil and walk out of it with no hard feelings toward one another. (Least I have no hard feelings).

Mark b has very good points about the word kid and rado. Someone said you would not call your boss kid would you? But your boss is that, a boss. Rado calls us kid cuz where his friends and thats his way of showing. why is everyone so offended about the work "kid"? If you get pissed off over little remarks as kid, well I feel bad for you in the real world. Don't ***** and moan over a word, get over it. Rado, if I were you I would keep saying kid
