Yes. The KKK is still around. In crippled form. But you've got to admit they've lost about 95% of their numbers. Mostly from outside pressure.

It was just an example. People have adjusted their lifestyle for you and you have to admit it. Wether it's not pounding the stereo at 3am or avoiding talking on their cell phones during a movie. Like I said, it's naive to think otherwise.

You're finally starting to see the light! I was doing alot of that on purpose so that you'd see my point.

You cannot control nor dictate what people take offense to. So whatever the person (or in this case many persons) are offended by is out of your control. If you think about it in a pure sence, they're just words. It's the emotions that these words are linked to that cause offense. Not the "word".

To Rado the word "kid" is linked to friendship emotions, to most of the rest of us it's linked to a feeling of superiority.

What sence Rado was using the word in has no relevance on wether or not people will take offense.

I would put my .02 into this but I don't want this thread to get out of hand so I'll just say this,I had no problem whatsoever on Rado calling me kid even though I'm 30 I thought it was no big deal,it was kinda funny in a way but be that as it may it's his decision and if he don't want to call anyone kid then that's his right but I still think it's no big deal,it's not like it was a racist remark,it's just a simple word,and it was part of his persona on this board but like I said it's his call,but I still think everyone is making a big deal out of nothing,well I guess I did put my .02 in lol
