Just something I'd like to add...

I was raised in a family that calls blacks "niggers". They're not racist, that's just what they've always called black people.

So does this somehow give me the right to go around calling black people niggers?

I do know that Rado. And while I don't take offense to being called Kid, I can't say I really like it either.

You state that you don't call your boss "Kid". Wether you realize it or not, it's because your showing respect to your boss...trying not to piss him off. Why is that so hard to do with board members? They're not in a position to command respect, but it's still nice to show it.
