My guess is they discussed this with the medical staff and amongst themselves(family) and decided to remove him from life support. Again this is purely speculation by me but everything I've read and a post on Mike Quinn's Facebook page suggests that they were already discussing it. Sad day!

Wow I can't tell y'all how choked up I am right now,... I mean what is going on ?... So many people are dying ! It's like we're just f'ing losing it !?! Every other day or so ya hear about someone killing themselves,... or having a heat attack or something ! Sure a guy like that living that way prolly has it coming. I just feel like,... scared. So sad. Had a million dollar supplement line going strong and many, many fans across the country backing him. Actually tried his 51 50 preworkout for the 1st time last weekend while I was working in NY. RIP.

Please don't take this as not caring or feeling sad for those left behind but this is like being shocked over Steve Erwin dying at the hands of a crazy animal... these guys are using lethal doses of stuff. Rich is a very known partyer on top of it.

And question guys where does the synthol go? That shit has to be like drinking synthetic motor oil.

I don't know I'm just annoyed my social media feeds are now filled with crap like everyone knew these people close. We love to be victims. These guys made a choice!!!!

They push the envelope so I have respect but come on folks...

if i happen to die doing what i love then i will be a happy camper. i chose to be as safe as i possibly can to an extent but we all know the risk we take day in and day out. then again i dont put booze or rec or pain meds on top of what i chose to do but i do like me some sugary goodies. dudes do what they are going to do and like you said, it isnt a shock when something bad happens. most of the time with these people it's not the if but the when it happens. i dont wish death or ill will on anyone but he truly wasnt anyone to idolize or follow that's for damn sure. dallas on the other had was the opposite end of the spectrum.

Some people love to read and report sad news, some love politics, me...I am more fearful of what/who is known rather than the unknown so I will continue to live in my own world. On another note, we only know what the media reports and that I have not much confidence in at all! Problems or not, I would never say anyone deserves to die

hell no, i wouldnt wish death on anyone even those that i absolutely dispise. bad juju comes back around hard on those with those types of ill thoughts and thinking. then again it shouldnt be a really big shock in our community that this is happening. people are getting bigger and leaner every year and pushing their bodies to the limit and past. so i expect it to continue and most likely get worse
