I have been away from the forums way too long and most importantly have been away from my favorite family, which is of course the fitnessgeared family. My reasons are because my family and I just bought a new house in a new state and both my wife and I started new jobs. So you can imagine how hectic it has been for us these past couple of months. On top of that I had a pretty bad hernia and had surgery and couple months ago. I am powerlifting again and feel better then ever. I am going to make it a point to post up more and be more involved. Hope all is well with everyone hear and have a great 4th of July weekend. Especially to my fellow vets.
