Yesterday I got a thank you note, hand written, from our daughter's friend's Mom. I took her daughter with us down to Navy Pier last week and had a blast with the girls. This Mom was so grateful that she took the time to send me this in the mail. It meant a lot to me.

I'm the kind of person who treats everyone with same respect. That's just something that seems so rare these days. I work in a corporate office environment and all you ever see is office politics. I show the same level of respect when shaking the janitor's hand as I do when shaking hands with the CEO. I always say you can tell the character of a man by how he treats someone from whom he can gain nothing.
