A guy at the gym yesterday is a young power lifter squatting 500 plus and I was doing chest and I heard a huge FART and when I looked where it came from it was the kid at the squat rack shit his pants. A old man gave him his towel to cover up but the kid left his bag there and ran out of the gym. Yeah a little embarrassed you think

if you havent shit your pants squatting or dead lifting then you arent working hard enough haha. well idk i have gastro issues so i have had it happen a time or two in my day but a normal healthy person probably shouldnt. cool thing with gastro issues is you can learn the feel of your body and if you know the feeling you know to clear the pipes before getting under the bar lol. i carry back up clothes in my ride my guts are so bad, so i can feel the kids pain
