What made you happy today?
For me taking my mom to the gym 9 days in a row.giving cash to a down on his luck homeless guy.i know u will say he is going to buy booze or drugs I don't care as long as the man had that 10 min of happiness in his life today . that's what matters to me.

So I challenge every member of fitnessgeared to post one part of there day that made them happy.This thread could make alot of people happy.so please contribute.
Let's all inspire each other.

Today for me was just something small. I held the door for a lady walking across the parking lot. I always hold the door, it's just something I do for everyone regardless of who's walking in or out, but you could just tell it made her whole day. And in turn, it made mine as well.

Bought a older woman breakfast.she was at McDonald's and she seemed upset about something so I told her good morning and if I could share a cup of coffee with her.she said that would make her happy.i brought a few type of biscuits and pancakes and asked if she would also eat with me .thank God I got the breakfast platter because that is what she ate.she shared her life story with me over the next few hrs.i was very impressed with her.she said she ate at McDonald's every Monday morning and she would keep my seat warm.needless to say I'll be eating with her every time I can.

I saw a elderly couple at the mall holding hands and walking together with smiles on there faces.i had to tell them congratulations because u don't see many couples hold hands anymore they just smiled and said they were very blessed and I agree they are

Today I worried about me for once I took 2 hrs for myself started up Frankenstein by Dean Koontz love the series best 2 hrs I have had in a long time

a sign for a guy who needs a kidney got all messed up in a storm. i pulled over and fixed it. dont know the guy or anything but i felt like fixing it.

Someone must have seen me doing it cz i didnt tell anyone about it. Turns out the guy who needs the kidney is one of the owner's of my gym it's her brother in law. I got a thank you today cz she heard i fixed the sign.

today i am going in to spar the young guys. they are faster, stronger and have cardio for days. i get a lot of anxiety before but after, even if i get beat up a little, I feel free and at total peace like I have been through the storm and little things cannot bother me.
