I get home from work at 6. Fall asleep, then am wide awake and ready to go at midnight. I have 6 more hours until I hit the gym ... Anyone else have weird sleep hours? I need to work out at night more

man, have some really serious nerve issues and i am up and down all night. i nap during the day from time to time also but over all it is a a huge pain in the ass. when you are ready to be active your timing is way off and when you are exhausted it isnt time to go to sleep. it is torture cycleTGBSupplements REP
