Nope it's not wrong I understand completely, but what are you going to do. Easier to act like everything is good than to upset everybody else
That right there is what I have been living all my life, worried about everyone else. Trying to focus on me a little more now, but I will go only because my daughter is younger and enjoys it

i moved far enough away that no one wants to come down and i am certainly not going up haha. some are even forbidden. wouldnt make the trip even if i got along with them all
You're doing the right thing. I think that Christmas is really crazy and hectic for us because I have divorced parents and I am divorced myself. So trying to make everybody happy is very difficult. I do the best I can hold my head up high like you said Baby01. When I see my kids faces smiling it means the world to me.
The holidays are certainly a time of tolerance and patience with others.....not looking forward to seeing the bleeding heart liberal in laws and their whining about the election
It's hard sometimes to keep a good game face on when inside your bloods boiling , especially around the holidays , and especially around family !!!
But like Bazooka said , it all comes down to the smile on our kids faces !!! Makes all the poker faces and nice talk , when you really want to tell some people to go Fuck Off , count !!!
As long as my son is healthy and happy , my girl is happy , that's enough for me .
You know what , now that I think about it , my gym is open on Christmas . Now I'm Happy !!!
