Back in the good ol' days. Not something you see much anymore. We went from vacuum poses to GH guts spilling over the top of their posing trunks when they lose control of it in transition from one pose to the next lol.

very few if any current pros can do the vacuum pose anymore. too much hgh and insulin sides. too many have the mindset if 1 is good 10 is better mentality. Arnold, Franco, Robbie and the beasts from the 70's and 80's didn;t use a 1/10th of the gear the pros blast and aside from more size, the pros today cannot touch the condition and symmetry of those guys from the golden age
