How much would you say you spend in a month on groceries for the household? Not including any eating out. Trying to get back on track here and eat out less especially since sports has slowed down. I buy many things organic and meats are grassfed or free range. This makes things a bit more pricey but it is what I have to do. I shop around for the best prices though. Really stick to shopping at about 3 different places

Re: Monthly food bill/budget
i would say 150-200 per week for the whole fam.
i get my eggs, chicken turkey from sams about every 2-3 days
special waffles/pancakes either from tgb or the vitaminshop
sirloin i shop around for the best pricing
carbs either come from amazon or sams depending on what i am eating at the time. sweet potatoes red potatoes usually always come from sams
fats i get my organic pb from online or walmart and same for my coconut oil
veges we will either get them from the famer's market or on sale at the grocery store.
i have to look for the best deals i can find because of the volume of food i eat. that's one of the main reasons i stopped eating so much red meat. it would cost almost a hundred bucks a day for me to consume the amount of protein i do in red meat. that would be optimal but not budget friendly haha. extra lean ground turkey is only 12 bucks for 5lbs so we go with what works best lolTGBSupplements REP

Re: Monthly food bill/budget
I have a Sam's and a Costco membership lol, so I buy a lot of my stuff in bulk. I'd probably save more money if I shopped around for specific deals on things I eat, but I did price things out and with the volume of food that I eat I do save it bit of money buying everything I can in bulk.
