haha living it my way baby1. i have my iced coffee daily lol. i did add in some power naps this past week that seem to have helped a little. i will probably be doing much better when my pancreas goes back to normal haha. it is probably pretty angry with me right now

Gotta have my coffee every morning lol. Seems like I'm always behind on sleep. I'm always up late and can't really sleep well at night, so coffee is my lifesaver. Weirdest thing is I can sleep like a baby during the day lol. If I lay down for a nap I'm out like a light.

the heart burn baby1 oh the freaking heart burn. flamethrower butt also. man i love me some spicy food but my body absolutely hates it. i have heart burn so bad for the last week, sleeping anyway other than propped up on my back is horrific. chalk it up to more of my issues with pain and sleep lmao. i love my body but it hates me so badly and if you cant laugh about it then you may want to get checked out because you might be dead lol

i love coffee. i talked my cousin into drinking good coffee and she ditched the folgers finally. she could not believe coffee tasted that good after 20 years of crap coffee

I like the Donut Shop coffe too. I've never had the Trader Joe's Honduran organic. May pick some of that up next when I finish the last of this Cafe Bustelo.
