Re: For the 40 plus guys mornings and waking up
could be a number of things mm. for starters you could just be plain and simply burned out, stressed out or a combo of those two not allowing you to sleep good. that would be my guess man. something a lot of people dont think about is if they switch up their sched for a little bit and then try to go back to the original and bam it takes forever to get back adjusted. i am just guessing of course, i am not quite 40 yetTGBSupplements REP

Not quite 40 yet but close enough. I know my energy levels in the AM increase greatly when my cardio and conditioning are strong. Might be strong,, and I have a lot of muscle but when I lack cardio capacity my energy decreases significantly.

Re: For the 40 plus guys mornings and waking up
I know for me the issue stems from never getting solid sleep. For probably close to a decade now I wake up roughly every 90-120min to piss during the night. This means I'm never really getting into that deep restorative sleep and this wreaks havoc on so many of our systems. I have to get back to the urologist and get some overactive bladder meds and some dutasteride. I know you(mm) recommended low dose daily cialis to assist with prostrate as well and I will try that as well.
When my son was a small toddler he would sometimes wake up before I went to the gym and ask me to stay home and watch cartoons. Even stacking Clen or ephedra with a pre workout I could sit down with him to watch cartoons and go back to sleep. So I would first look into your sleep patterns. Another to. Look into is sleep apnea. This is a big problem as we get older and heavier. Once you can address those two issues and rule them out then you can look elsewhere.

agree with CE, maybe your sleep is not as deep as you thought it was. I thought i was sleeping through the night. I went to a sleep center and they said I was getting less than 4 hours a night and it was not quality. I got my nose fixed so I could breathe better and wear a mouth guard and now I wake up chipper as a mockingbird with a worm.
