  • My dads Honda..

My dad has had a Honda Shadow 750 since 1983. That thing has never broken down or have him one bit of problems ever! Isn't that crazy?
Anyone else know anyone with one of these or have one themselves??

I was talking to a motorcycle mechanic. He said he rarely sees Hondas in the shop because they never break down

I had a 83 honda ascot, never let me down. it was slow and sounded horrible but was reliable as the morning. Had same with my yamaha. not my harley which i still have to this day.
Makes me want another bike. sold my R6 year before last and miss it. a shadow would be perfect to putt around on.

bought it brand new in 1989. it was junk from the start. 20K miles and it burned more oil than gas. the trans lost 2nd gear and electrical probs were a plague. Hell when it was under warranty I only had the damn thing 2 weeks a month. I have not had a harley since. (i assume they are way better)
